    Students will create a stunning dream catcher artwork on a longer canvas, choosing their own colours and styles. Layers of butterflies, feathers, and stylised birds combine with shimmering paint effects to create a magical mixed-media experience. Students will: Use acrylic layering and painting techniques to build up a flowing design suitable for younger learners Combine painting and collage Explore various painting tools for different mark-making and effects Each artwork will be painted on a canvas before going home.     Young artists will create an icy polar landscape featuring a majestic polar bear while learning beginner shading, collage, and painting techniques on paper, which will be framed to take home. Students will: Learn how to draw and paint a Polar Bear. Explore tone, shadow and balance. How to paint an icy landscape. Collage techniques. Originally developed through Art Box term painting classes, this workshop extends students into more advanced painting techniques. A wonderful option for children who enjoy drawing and painting animals. Medium: acrylic paint on paper framed. Dimensions: 40cm x 50cm.     One of our most-loved sculpture workshops! Students will build a whimsical mushroom gnome home complete with a tiny fairy or gnome companion. Children will learn armature building, clay construction and sculpting techniques using air-drying clay. Students will: Design their gnome home. Learn construction techniques. Attach decorative clay elements. Sculpt a little Gnome or fairy. Each Gnome Home will be painted and ready to take home at the end of the workshop. They will be sculpting in  air-drying clay that takes five to 6 days to dry once taken home Medium: Clay Sculpture Art Teacher: Julia Sawicki Sculpture size: 15 x 20 cubic cm. If you would like your 9- 12-year-old child to experience a printmaking workshop, I would suggest.
