What’s in the box

1 x Mont Marte Painting Pad – 25 sheets of A4 (297mm x 210mm) 110gsm Art Paper
1 x Mont Marte Gallery Series Brushes – set of 4 brushes
10 x Global Fine Art Student Acrylic Impasto Paint – 1 x 75ml Tube of each colour – Black, White, Cool Blue, Cool Red, Cool Yellow, Deep Green, Turquoise, Warm Red, Purple and Burn Umber
1 x Welcome Letter with online video log-in instructions, lesson plan (for the eight (8) week online course) and Q&A Zoom meeting session times and joining instructions

Product deliveries and coronavirus

Our priority is to protect our people, contractors, customers and community so we can continue to offer our products both during, and after, the current Coronavirus pandemic.

We’re doing everything possible to keep delivering our products Australia Wide. Our selected delivery methods (Courier Companies or Australia Post) remain open and drivers are still out delivering each and every day.

Customers can be assured they will continue to be able to receive orders in the current Coronavirus environment.

However if border closure situations change, Artbox workshops cannot be held liable for later than anticipated delivery times.

Due to high Christmas volumes and to ensure delivery prior to Christmas Day please place your order on or before Tuesday 15th of December 2020. In general please allow up to five (5) working days for your product to arrive (from order date).

Replacement policy

Change of mind

Please choose items carefully as we do not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect choice or change of mind

 

When are customers entitled to a replacement?

When the product:

(a) Has a fault or is damaged when received by the purchaser and Artbox Workshops have been notified within five (5) working days of them receiving the goods

(b) Does not match the sample and/or description provided at the time of purchase

Under these circumstances, customers may discuss an appropriate solution such as a replacement.

 

When are customers not entitled to a replacement?

(a) When they changed their mind about a product. This includes when a customer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods.

(b) If they are unable to prove from whom and when the item was purchased.

 

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all requests must be accompanied by either of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

(a) Original Tax Receipt/Invoice

(b) Bank statement showing transaction total and date of purchase

 

Replacement Method

Please do not return any goods just contact us via email (julia@artboxworkshops.com.au) to discuss. Once a replacement has been approved, we will organise and ship the replacement goods to the address supplied on the original order or otherwise advised.

 

ACCURACY OF SUPPLIED INFORMATION 

Art Box Workshops cannot be held responsible for incorrectly supplied Creative Kids Voucher information and/or postage addresses so please ensure all information provided is accurate. If Creative Kids Voucher information is found to be invalid or incorrect every attempt will be made to contact you (from your supplied email address) to rectify and verify the information however if this cannot be achieved or if no contact details have been provided the record/order will be deleted and no “Art Pack” will be sent and/or access to the class will be denied.

If an “Art Pack” is returned, due to incorrect delivery information, again we will attempt to contact you for the correct information. Additional postage costs and or delivery methods will be discussed at this time as you will be responsible for these costs not Art Box Workshops.
